If you encounter problems with the registration please note !
– “Purchase order” (english) = “Bon de commande” (français).
– If you arrive at a blank page after registration, please try again : remove all accents / special characters from names, change your browser (problems encountered with Firefox)
– “Additional Gala Dinner (60€/person)” field is mandatory, if no additional person accompanies you, put “0”.
– The university informatics service advises you to register in private browsing mode to avoid problems.
Early Bird = registration before May 6, 2025 before 12 May, 2025 : 88 EUR (student / PhD / postdoc), 132 EUR (other participants)
Standard = registration after May 7, 2025 after 13 May, 2025 : 110 EUR (student / PhD / postdoc), 165 EUR (other participants), all taxes are included
Registration includes all 5 lunches (5 days forfait), coffee breaks, conference dinner (price for accompanying people : 60 EUR), touristic afternoon.
If you are a non-Schengen resident, please register as early as possible since there are additional local administrative formalities to complete.
Please note that if your visa is rejected you do get a refund of your payment from us.
